Norwegian PM congratulates SBY

Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg congratulated president Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on Monday 27 July, after the Indonesian National Election Commission (KPU) on Saturday 25 July announced that he was the winner of the 2009 President Election.
"I would like to express my warmest congratulations on your reelection as President of the republic of Indonesia", he stated in a letter sent SBY on Monday 27 July.
In light of the recent bombings in Jakarta, the Prime Minister also offered his condolences to the President and the people of Indonesia.
