Indonesia – Norway Joint Concept Note for the forest and climate partnership

The Joint Concept Note has a number of indicators for the Preparation Phase and will be used as a measuring rod when an independent third party is to review the performance of the Indonesia- Norway climate and forest partnership that was signed in May 2010. The third party evaluation will be carried out by the winner of an ongoing international tender for the annual review of the partnership. The Joint Concept Note will be updated annually and be used as the basis for annual reviews.
